Recommendations

On January 7, 2008 I started an interim job through PA Online as Executive Secretary at the Board of Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland (LVNL). TheLVNL Board consists of the CEO, (CRO) and the COO. There are 3 Executive Secretaries, providing support to the Directors. I provide support to the Chief Operational Officer (COO).

LVNL is a self managing organization, as per legislation of 1 January, 1993, under the Ministry of Traffic and Water Management. The HQ is situated at Schiphol-Oost. The main duties of LVNL are the safe traffic management and a social task in reducing noice and innovative management concerning the environment. One of the core activities is air services around Schiphol, Maastricht Aachen Airport, Groningen Airport Eelde and Rotterdam Airport.

The colleague I replaced until the end of April 2008 started another position within the company. Therefore I was hired as per May 1st.
Due to a good working relationship with Franziska Szabó from PA Online I got this job. It happened in a professional and positive manner, which really appealed to me. Also, I still enjoy being in contact with her. Therefore it is not 'out of sight out of mind'. I therefore advise everybody to contact PA Online for an interview. Since April this year I have been working at Global Switch Amsterdam through PA Onlien. Global Switch is a datacenter, thus housing computer data of some Dutch Multinationals in huge temperature and moist regulated areas. I must say that this was a great match in relation to company culture and my personality. I felt at home there soon, and although it was supposed to be a 2 week administrative job, it soon grew to be a project of at least 3 months, receiving the responsibility of the purchase order system.

PA Online made the match and I am therefore very happy that Franziska Szabó called me for this assignment. I would like to advise every one who wants to be mediated in a professional and positive way re a suitable job to contact PA Online and to state your wishes during an interview.
