Frequently Asked Questions

Please find below the most FAQ:

Q: What is the level of the (interim) PA's and Secretaries in your database?
A: All our Secretaries have a wide secretarial working experience, a minimum of 7 years. Due to the inquiry for Team Secretaries we also have some very motivated Team Secretaries in our database.

Q: We currently need an interim Executive Secretary. How fast can you deliver?
A: Mostly we send you one or more C.V.'s of highly qualified candidates digitally within a few hours. Candidates that work fast, accurately and are motivated. Many times these candidates are able to start the same of the following day.

Q: We need a PA with close to native English, verbally and in writing. Also able to translate for our expat CEO/CFO. Can you help?
A: Yes, during the interview with the candidate we test his/her English language skills verbally; we have him/her answer half the interview in English in case the candidate states that he/she speaks 'excellent English', thus knowing what the level of understanding from the English language is. Also, on inquiries as above mentioned, only candidates with working experience at internationally oriented companies are being introduced to our clients.

Q: What is your conversion rate in case of secondment?
A: We have a conversion rate of 2.15, excl. VAT and excl. travel allowance.

Q: How much is your fee on recruiting our personnel?
A: Our recruitment fee is 20% of the gross annual salary, inclusive of holiday allowance.

Q: If we hire a candidate for instance for 6 months through you first, how much is the fee if we want to hire him/her ourselves successively?
A: The fee is then being calculated over the remaining 6 months. Remark: In case a candidate has worked for 3 months for our client and afterwards is being hired directly by the client, a fee calculated over 9 months then applies. .

Q: For our project we want to hire an interim Secretary for more than one year. Is that possible?
A: Yes, that is absolutely possible.
