PA Online focuses specifically on being an intermediate in relation to Personal Assistants and Top Secretaries for long term contracts. Our other branch, the so called "Secretaressepool" focuses on interim administrative solutions in management support.

Recruitment:

If you are the right candidate for our Principal, we introduce you to our client. If both parties reach an agreement, you will be offered an employment contract by our client directly.

Secondment:

If you are more interested in being an 'allrounder', we offer you the opportunity to work on short term contracts at several companies. We then offer you your employment contract(s). We make sure you earn good wages and we take care of your salary payment, wage taxes etc., and you will be insured in relation to sick leave.

Secondment > long term contract:

This possibilty arises when a client wishes to offer the candidate a longer trial period. You will then work on our interim contract for several months, after which the client and you can decide to proceed the working relationship. You will then be hired by the client directly.
